A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. Around 05:50 on July 28, 2014, the Defendant driving a D string cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 4 km from the frontwest-gun of the North Korean Dos to the village of the same 4km-si, the same day from around 06:00 on the same day.
