1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of one year and four months;

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter of sales as if the Defendant sold flusculon produced under the title “D” with “LG HBS-800 Blus/ Blus Dolus Dolus Dolus/ radio earphones/ radio earphones/ free of charge” manufactured under the title “D” at LG e-mail (State).

However, in fact, the earphones sold by the defendant was not the good produced by LG electronic (ju) but the good acquired from the large-scale area of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

From that time until July 29, 2016, the Defendant conspiredd the victims over 2,451 times in total, such as the list of crimes (1) in the same manner until July 29, 2016, and obtained a delivery of KRW 19,3830,00 in total as sales proceeds.

2. On May 4, 2015, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud, around 11, 2015, posted a letter of sales as if the Defendant sold strings produced under the title of “LG HBS-800 Blus/ Blus Dolus/ radio earphones/ radio earphones/ free of charge” manufactured under the title of “delivery” on LG electronic (State).

However, in fact, the earphones sold by the defendant was not the good produced by LG electronic (ju) but the good acquired from the large-scale area of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who ordered the above sales writing, sold as if he was a good and ordered to settle the sales proceeds of KRW 79,000. However, the Defendant attempted to deliver the article by allowing the victim G to sell the article as if he was a good.
