1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Violation 1) From August 2015 to December 2016, the Defendant sold 1,763 mobile phone accessories, such as 1,763 cell phone boxes (around 84,625,00 won at fixed price) among and among mobile phone distributors, who are trademark holders of SAS UNG, “HBS,” “LG,” “LG,” “iPhone,” or “iPhone,” with a trademark identical or similar to the trademark registered in SAPG, “S,” “S,” “S,” “LG,” and “iPhone,” to H.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed the trademark rights of the above trademark right holders.

2) From around 2015 to March 2017, the Defendant sold 218 mobile phone accessories, such as 218 cell phone boxes, earphones, charging, charging, charging, charging, charging, beer, and blus, etc. (around 17,815,00 won at fixed price of fixed goods), to I, a mobile phone dealer, who is a trademark right holder of 104 Dong Ga 1,04, and attached a trademark identical or similar to the trademark “SAPG,” “HBS,” “LG,” “iPhone,” and “iPhone,” etc.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed the trademark rights of the above trademark right holders.

3) From December 2016 to March 104, 2017, the Defendant sold 3,183 mobile phone accessories, such as 3,183 cell phone stuffs, such as cell phone boxes, earphones, earphones, charging, charging, charging, charging, locking, and blus, with a trademark identical or similar to “SAS UNG”, “HBS”, “LG”, “iPhone”, and “iPhone,” to a mobile phone dealer, who is a trademark holder in Sungnam-si from around December 2016 to March 104.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed the trademark rights of the above trademark right holders.

4) On March 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 16, 2017, 23,379 mobile phone accessories 23,379 (one mobile phone accessories, such as 104, 104, 104, and 104, and 233,379, attached with marks identical or similar to the trademark right holder of the Defendant’s LAG, “HBS” company, “LG” company, “iPhone” company, and “iPhone” company, with the trademark right holder of the Defendant’s LAG car.
