1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with Defendant A and the Insured, respectively, (hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”).
B. Under each of the insurance contracts of this case, the Plaintiff paid the insurance proceeds of KRW 43,119,0349 in total, as shown in the following Table 1, and Table 2:
