A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2015, at around 16:10, the Defendant threatened the Defendant’s fingers by inserting the Defendant’s fingers into the part of the victim’s body and preventing the Defendant from getting off the victim’s clothes, such as assaulting the victim’s face several times in drinking, leaving off the victim’s clothes, etc., and then threatening the Defendant’s fingers into the part of the victim’s body if they are displayed in magu.”

Accordingly, on April 6, 2015, the Defendant detained the victim for about three hours from around 16:10 to up to 19:35 of the same day from around 19:35 on the same day, and raped the victim, thereby requiring approximately two weeks of treatment, and cryp, etc. to undergo approximately two-day treatment.
