Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The status C of the parties is a person who operates an E restaurant in Gyeonggi-gun D (hereinafter “instant restaurant”), and the Defendant is an insurer who entered into an insurance contract with the content that the insurance period is from December 19, 2019 to December 19, 202 pursuant to the Framework Act on the Management of Disasters and Safety, to compensate for losses incurred to another person’s life, body, or property due to fire, collapse, explosion, or explosion on the part of the instant restaurant for losses incurred by the insured’s legal loss (the maximum compensation per person: KRW 150 million per accident; KRW 1 billion per accident: hereinafter “liability insurance contract”).
