1. The Defendant completed the repayment on December 31, 1955 with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 1/4 of the 1,038 square meters of 1,038 square meters in Gyeongnam-do.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Pursuant to the former Farmland Reform Act (amended by Act No. 108, Mar. 10, 1950; hereinafter “former Farmland Reform Act”) in 1950, C entered the purchase price of the land in the 1038 square meters in the Gyeongnam-do, Gyeongnam-do, where Japan owned D (in this case, the lot number of the land shall be stated according to the current administrative district and the area shall be indicated as the square meter; on the other hand, the said land shall be referred to as the “instant land”); E, E, E, 231 square meters, E, 866 square meters, G 840 square meters, G 840 square meters, H 1,97 square meters, 979 square meters, J 274 square meters, and 17.49 and 1950 square meters (including the instant land; hereinafter “the purchase price of the land subject to distribution”), and entered the name of the person who received the land distribution in the Gun’s name, “M period.”

B. On December 15, 1987, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land in this case and on September 11, 1948 with respect to E 231 square meters in Gyeongnam-do, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 11, 194, and C completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 31, 1964 with respect to the remaining land other than the above land among the land to be distributed in this case, due to the completion of repayment on December 31, 1960. The name of the owner of the land in this case and the address of the owner of the land in its land cadastre and register is written as “Gyeongnam-do L”.

Since then, M, the grandchildren of C, on May 29, 1985, completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 10, 1970 under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (wholly amended by Act No. 3562, Apr. 2, 1982 and enforced April 3, 1982), with respect to the registration of ownership transfer on April 10, 1970; the registration of ownership transfer on April 274m274m2, Y-si, Chungcheongnam-do on April 30, 2007, pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate ( enacted by Act No. 7500, May 26, 2005 and enforced January 19, 2006).
