Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. B. On April 27, 2011, the Plaintiffs, E, and I suffered injury, and H had died. The Plaintiff was sentenced to imprisonment without prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, etc. on April 27, 2011, and it was finalized on January 12, 2012.
The facts charged in the above case are as follows.
