1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On July 3, 2003, the Plaintiff is the ownership holder who completed the registration of transfer, etc. of ownership on the ground of sale with respect to the 1,495 square meters of reinforced concrete structure 1,495.17 square meters of underground floors of B building (hereinafter “instant building”).
B.
