The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The sentencing of the lower court (a fine of five million won) is too large and unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below is that the defendant recognized each of the crimes of this case as a whole and against his mistake, there is a family member to support the defendant, and there is currently a difficult economic situation, and the fraud of this case committed about 10 years before and after the defendant committed each of the crimes of this case in favor of the defendant, even though he had previously been sentenced to a punishment for the same kind of crime, the defendant committed each of the crimes of this case in the previous time, the victims and the victims have not yet reached an agreement, and the damage has not yet been completely recovered, the court below was sentenced to a reduced sentence more than the fine amount requested by the summary order (total 6 million won) considering the circumstances favorable to the defendant, and there are no other circumstances that have been changed to the extent that the punishment should be changed after the decision of the court below, and considering the motive and circumstances of the crime of this case, the circumstances after the crime of this case, the defendant's age, character and behavior, and environment, etc., the sentencing of the court below cannot be deemed to be excessive.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
