1. The Defendants: (a) each of the Plaintiff A, KRW 36,351,385, and KRW 36,051,385, and each of the said money to Plaintiff B, respectively, on April 11, 2012.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiffs are deceased due to the following accidents (hereinafter “the deceased”).

(2) The Busan Regional Land Management Office under the Defendant’s Republic of Korea ordered the instant construction (hereinafter “instant construction”) to set up a bypass road of 14 national highways (hereinafter “the instant bypass road”) as a macroscopic (hereinafter “instant bypassing road”) and the Defendant SK Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant SK Construction”) performed the instant construction.

B. 1) The instantpass road is a higher-level road connected to the part of the said 14th country road that enters the spons road, which is linked to the said 14th country road from among the said 14th country roads, and is set up at approximately 20 meters higher than the said 14th country road, and the said 14th country road going through the said spons road, and is displayed on the left-hand side before the said 14 country road comes to the spons. 2) The instant right-hand road was originally scheduled to go to the right-hand four-lane. However, the Defendants tried to temporarily open the said right-hand road on October 2010 without the completion of the instant right-hand road. Accordingly, the head of the Sp construction requested consultation on traffic safety facilities for the said temporary opening to the head of the sprink on October 28, 2010, the head of the sponsed police station reviewed the main contents of the instant temporary opening.

B. As a result of the review, a PEdrum and a wing car installation to secure a night vision in the roadside fladsing zone - the installation and speed reduction facilities (a speedless personnel control camera and a speed reduction equipment) 3 and then a temporary opening was made on the instant right side. At the time of the said temporary opening, the instant right side is completed at the right side when the instant right side is completed at a four-lane way as above.
