Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On June 11, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud at the Suwon Giwon, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 10, 2016.
[Criminal facts] The Defendant had weak ability to discern things or make decisions at the time of committing any of the following crimes due to alcohol level addiction.
