1. Facts of recognition;

A. B Road Packaging and Packing Construction Work (hereinafter “previous Project”) with the content that the Defendant extends the 340 km road from Pyeongtaek-si C to Pyeongtaek-si D to 5.26 km road (hereinafter “former Project”).

(2) On March 31, 2004, the Defendant, as the project implementer of the Gyeonggi-do published Ero zone (hereinafter “instant forest”) and made a decision and announcement on March 29, 2004. The Defendant paid 300/3420 shares out of 4,469 square meters of Pyeongtaek-siF forest owned by the Plaintiff, 300/3420 shares out of 132 square meters of G forest, 497/554 shares out of 2,169 square meters of H forest, 497/554 shares (hereinafter “each of the instant forest”) to the Plaintiff in consultation with the Plaintiff (hereinafter “compensation”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to each of the instant forest land (hereinafter “each of the instant forest land”).

On September 21, 2006, the Minister of Construction and Transportation designated and publicly announced the area of 17,461,000 square meters per day, including Pyeongtaek-si D and K, as “L internationalization planned district and housing site development district.” 2) The Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, on May 30, 2008, as a public notice of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs on May 30, 2008, changed the area into 17,482,181 square meters (the housing site district 13,516,181 square meters, industrial complex 3,96,00 square meters) with respect to the said “LO internationalization planned district and housing site development district” into the same area as 17,482,181 square meters (the housing site district 13,516,181 square meters, industrial complex 3,96,000 square meters)

The development plan was approved along with the purpose of the change of the operator, and the name of the district was changed to the I Internationalization Organization and the housing site development area in the I L Internationalization Promotion Zone and the housing site development area.
