1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff worked at B elementary school administrative office from July 1, 2014 to January 11, 2015, as an assistant local office of education belonging to the Gwangju Metropolitan City Office of Education.

B. On October 14, 2015, the Defendant, following the resolution of the personnel committee for local public officials of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Office of Education, dismissed the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 69 of the Local Public Officials Act, Article 8 of the former Regulations on Discipline and Appeal against Local Public Officials (amended by Presidential Decree No. 25751, Nov. 19, 2014); Article 2 of the former Rules on Disciplinary Action against Local Public Officials of the Gwangju Metropolitan City (amended by Presidential Decree No. 514, Jun. 20, 2014; hereinafter the same) (hereinafter referred to as “instant disposition”).

[1] On November 6, 2014, 12:30 on November 6, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) on the front corridor of the publishing office of the 2nd school located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, the Plaintiff: (b) reported the victim D (the male and the 7nd age of 7) to take the victim’s grandchildren, and continuously emitting the victim into the publishing office, sitting the victim into a sof where the F is seated, and ring the victim into the publishing office; (c) F put the two grandchildren into the rear side of the victim, “I will attend the EA”; and (d) the breast part of the breast part was taken several times, “I will see whether I will see, ? I will see, ? I will see,” and “I will see whether I will see the victim’s chest, and will see the victim’s chest, so I will see that I will see the victim’s chest and will see the victim’s chest with noise.”
