All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment as to Defendant A’s grounds of appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court and the first instance court, the lower court was justifiable to have found Defendant A guilty of each of the frauds against the victim G, W, AI, AL, and AM among the facts charged in the instant case against Defendant A on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence

2. As to Defendant C’s grounds of appeal, Defendant C did not submit the grounds of appeal within the statutory period, and the petition of appeal does not contain any information in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the final appeal against Defendant C shall be dismissed by the ruling under Article 380 of the Criminal Procedure Act. However, the final appeal against Defendant C shall be dismissed by the ruling en bloc with Defendant A’s final appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
