A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

No person who has been provided with personal information from a personal information manager shall use such personal information for any purpose other than the intended purpose of provision, or provide such information to a third party, unless he/she obtains a separate consent from the subject of information or otherwise

B is a personal information manager who arranged and kept personal information, such as the name, resident registration number, etc., submitted by job seekers, from the dispatched company of the trade name “D” in Osan City to February 2, 2015, as the manager, while working as the dispatched company of Osan City as the employee.

On June 2016, the Defendant received from B an X-cell file containing the name of 66 persons, such as G, and the resident registration number, as described in the list of offenses in attached Form B, for the purpose of using them in recruiting job seekers at the human resources supply business office, “F,” a “F,” which is operated by the Defendant in Osan-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant used personal information received from the personal information manager for a purpose other than the purpose of receiving it without the consent of the subject of information.
