Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A: (a) served as a tentative term “warehouse” in charge of the installation and operation of the F and the gambling place; (b) G served as a her inner term for distributing chemical speculation; and (c) other persons who can not know the names are invited to open the gambling place by sharing their roles, such as responding to the place of gambling and the door room for viewing expenses.

그리하여 피고인은 2013. 4.경 전남 담양군 H 소재 I 펜션에서 도박할 사람들을 20-30명 모집하고, 중앙 줄을 경계로 양쪽 바닥에 화투 20장을 이용하여 딜러가 화투 5장씩을 4패로 분배해 놓은 후 딜러 패를 제외하고 나머지 3패 중 한쪽은 총책이 먼저 선택하고 도박꾼들로 하여금 각자 나머지 두 패 중에서 어느 한 패를 선택하여 도금을 걸게 한 다음 화투 5장 중 3장을 이용해 10 또는 20을 만들고 나머지 2장을 가지고 끝수를 합하여 높은 쪽이 승하는 방법으로 속칭 ‘도리짓고땡’ 도박을 하도록 하고 판돈의 5-10%를 속칭 고리로 떼어 이득을 취득하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with F, opened a gambling place for profit.

2. Defendants’ co-principal conduct

A. The Defendants: (a) served as a prompt term “warehouse” in charge of the installation and operation of the gambling place; (b) one life J served as a prompt term “during” for the distribution of chemical speculation; and (c) other persons whose names are unknown are invited to open the gambling place by sharing their roles, such as responding to the place of gambling and door-gateing for expenses.

Therefore, around August 2013, the Defendants collected about 15 gamblings at the cafeterias near the riding track located in the Jeonyang-gun, Jeonyang-gun, the Hamyang-gun, and distributed the center at the boundary of the 20 strings by using the 20 string 5 strings on both sides, and then select one of the remaining 3 strings first of the total strings and the strings, one of the two strings, excluding the strings.
