1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On September 13, 2006, Defendant B entered into a sales contract with Nonparty F and Defendant B to purchase 532m2m2 (hereinafter “instant one real estate”) in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, which is owned by the Saman Unemployment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Saman Unemployment”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 28, 2006.
B. On July 29, 2006, Defendant C entered into a sales contract with Nonparty F and Defendant C to purchase 182/1,104 shares of H Miscellaneous land in Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City H Miscellaneous land (hereinafter “instant 2 real estate”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer in Defendant C’s future on August 10, 2006.
C. On September 12, 2006, Defendant D entered into a sales contract with Nonparty F and Defendant D to purchase 380/1,104 shares out of 1,104 square meters of H miscellaneous land in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul (hereinafter “instant 3 real estate”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 21, 2006.
Defendant E entered into a sales contract with Nonparty F on September 11, 2006 and to purchase 298/473 shares (hereinafter “instant 4 real estate”) out of 473 square meters in Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City I Miscellaneous land owned by Defendant E, Gangnam-gu, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 21, 2006.
E. Meanwhile, the seller column of the sales contract (hereinafter “each of the instant sales contracts”) written on the instant 1 or 4 real estate includes the address and trade name of Saman unemployment. The “agent column” includes F’s address, resident registration number, and name, and affix F’s seal thereto. The “licensed Real Estate Agent column” bears a rubber mark stating “J consultingF Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.”
F. Nonparty F, as of November 3, 2013, between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff, Nonparty F, “F, as of November 3, 201, holds against the Defendants.”
