Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a special injury at the Suwon Franchising method on September 8, 2016, and on January 2, 2018, the Defendant was punished by an act of violence at a Baposing prison on January 2, 2018.

【Criminal facts】 On March 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assaulting the victim in front of the toilet in Chang-dong, Chang-dong, 38-6, at around 17:40 on March 1, 2018, that “I would bring the bicycle” from the victim B (29 tax) during the process of drinking the bicycle bating the bicycle bat around the victim’s right side, and then, (b) the victim’s right side batfs the victim’s bat.

On May 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 19:10 on May 10, 2018, the Defendant: (b) under the influence of alcohol on the road in front of the Suwon-si Salton Salton Park, which was driven by the victim C, destroyed the victim’s property by setting up the bicycle locks used by the victim C on his/her hand on the ground that he/she driven by the victim C, a D driving by the victim C, driven by excessive speed; and (c) selling the string door and the back door mold of the said car, and destroying the victim’s property so that the repair cost can be caused by the non-repair.
