1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. The Defendants in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) opened a website with C from December 25, 2017 to May 15, 2018 (the act of arranging commercial sex acts) on the D’s website, which is the act of arranging commercial sex acts, and employed a commercial sex woman using the same title as “G”, “H”, “I”, etc. at the time of Jeonju-si, with a store called “E”, and had many unspecified customers find the above site and 10,00,000, BS(the act of arranging commercial sex acts, etc.), which is similar to the above female sexual sex acts by receiving the fee for each course, such as KRW 130,00,00, and KRW 130,000.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with C to arrange sexual traffic by arranging sexual traffic to many unspecified customers in the above way during the above period.

B. The Defendants, along with C, paid KRW 300,00 per month to the manager of the “D” website that advertises the said “E” business establishment during the period indicated in the said paragraph (a) and opened the “E” website, and posted advertisements such as “AS 100,000, BS 130,000,” “BS 130,000,” and “bS 130,000,000,” and “bS 130,000,000,” for each course’s fee.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with C to advertise business places where commercial sex acts or arrangement of commercial sex acts are conducted.

2. Defendant A (Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) received 130,000 won from the male grandchildren who found to be a guest at a sexual traffic business establishment listed in the first A around December 25, 2017, and engaged in sexual traffic, as well as engaging in sexual traffic from around that time to May 15, 2018.
