Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
가. 원고는 2016. 8. 31. B(주) 금산공장 내에서 전선 설치를 위하여 사다리 위에서 작업을 하던 중 약 2.5m 높이에서 엉덩방아를 찧으며 추락하는 사고(이하 이 사건 사고라 한다)로 ‘우측 요추 제2번 횡돌기 골절(폐쇄성)’, ‘요통, 요천부’의 상해(이하 1차 기승인상병이라 한다)를 입고 피고로부터 요양승인을 받아 요양을 하던 중, 2016. 10. 4. ‘기타 명시된 추간판 전위’, ‘상세불명의 등 통증, 요추부’, ‘요추의 염좌 및 긴장’에 대하여 추가상병(이하 2차 기승인상병이라 한다)을 신청하였으나 피고가 불승인하여 이 법원 2017구단67943호로 그 불승인처분의 취소를 구하는 소송을 제기하여 2018. 8. 30. 승소하였고 2018. 9. 28. 위 판결이 확정되었다.
B.
