Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) from the Suwon Flag Flag method on November 28, 2008.

On July 12, 2016, the Defendant driven BMW X6 vehicles in the state of 0.149% alcohol concentration in blood from around 150 meters to around 63 in the section of approximately 150 meters from the street from around 39 days to the street from around 63 days before the same Gu.
