1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from March 21, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including all of the serial numbers), the plaintiff may recognize the fact that the plaintiff extended the amount of KRW 50 million to the defendant as 3% of the interest in arrears after the due date for payment, which is the sum of KRW 26,00,000,000,000,000,000 for each of the 11,000,000 won on March 7, 2014, and the 11,000,000,000,000 won, to the defendant.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the delayed interest rate of KRW 50 million and the delayed interest rate of KRW 50 million from May 21, 2014, which is the day following the due date until the day of full payment, calculated at the rate of 25% per annum as claimed by the Plaintiff.

In regard to this, the defendant alleged that the above money was not borrowed, but invested money and did not have an obligation to pay the above money because it was not in the process of settlement, but there is no evidence to acknowledge it.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
