1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 22,726,440 and KRW 20,800 among them, from February 29, 2012 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff: (a) determined the interest rate of August 31, 200 as 15.22% per annum (19% per annum); (b) determined the interest rate of February 24, 2009 as 15.22% per annum (19% per annum); and (c) loaned 20 million won per annum (19% per annum); (d) as of February 28, 2012, ① as of February 28, 2012, the Defendant has the obligation to pay the Plaintiff the total amount of the principal and interest of KRW 640,00,000, interest rate of KRW 963,220; and (b) as of February 31, 208, the principal and interest rate of KRW 14,400,00, KRW 963,220 from the principal and interest rate of the above loans to the extent that there is no dispute between the parties concerned; or (e) determined the interest rate of KRW 206,4000,2000 per annum.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
