A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 3, 2018, the Defendant refused to leave the victim’s request, even though he/she received a request from the victim E, who is an employee of the Cole Day, for “the restricted area of access to take place” from the victim E, who was dispatched by the victim’s report, until the police officer sent out by the victim’s report arrives, for about 10 minutes, even though he/she received a request from the victim to “the restricted area of access to take place,” and the second floor of the above building, despite the restriction on the entry of the general public at night due to the existence of the office and the staff accommodation, the second floor of the above building returned to the second floor of the building.
