Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2017, around 17:21, the Defendant filed a false report at the 112 reporting center of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, stating, “The Defendant, who appears to be an elementary school student of the White Taekwondo Uniform, was led by her leader,” which was the fact that the Defendant had not occurred at all from the underground of the 265 locked Station to Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Games.”
