1. 4. 협박 피고인은 2014. 5. 9. 18:20경 서울 동작구 노량진에 있는 위 피해자 F의 집 앞에서 피해자가 피고인을 만나주지 않는다는 이유로 피해자의 집 창문을 흔들며 “안 나오면 죽인다, 유리창을 모두 부숴 버리고 다 죽여 버리겠다”라고 말하여 피해자를 협박하였다.
