1. The part concerning the claim for revocation of the disposition of suspension of transaction in the instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The plaintiffs' remaining claims.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiffs are companies producing fume, etc. of the lower judgment-based reinforced concrete pipes (hereinafter “fume”).
B. A cooperative (hereinafter “the cooperative of this case”) is a non-profit corporation established with the main purpose of the development of the concrete industry and the promotion of the welfare of its members, among the domestic small and medium enterprises producing the PHC file that reinforces the fHC file around February 1990, sewage pipes, fume pipes, power transmission pipes, and telecommunications concrete poles.
11 companies producing fume, including the plaintiffs [the "stock company" in the names of the plaintiffs, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, K and L Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "stock company"), are omitted, and all of the above companies are "member companies of this case".
