[Defendant A’s identity, etc.] A is a person who enters the Korea Electric Power Corporation on December 12, 1979 and moved to the Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Electric Power Corporation”) on April 2, 2001, and works at the power plants, etc. of the K and L Atomic Energy Headquarters, etc., and works as the LPower Team leader from January 4, 2010 (hereinafter “Lwon”) and as the Lwon BS team leader from March 13, 2012, and supervises the operation of various electric installations related to the operation of nuclear reactors and the management of orders and supply and inspection.

B Upon becoming a member of the Korea Electric Power Corporation on February 22, 1993 and changing into Hanwon on April 2, 2001, the director of the division, from July 27, 2007 to Lwon BT (hereinafter “Lwon B”), from February 13, 2008 to June 15, 2013, the director of the division, from February 13, 2008 to June 15, 201, was in charge of supervising the operation of all kinds of electric installations related to the operation of nuclear reactors of the said power plant, and supervising the operation of orders and supply inspection, and from June 16, 2013 to the senior director of the MPower BR Team.

From Jul. 30, 2012 to Sept. 30, 2013, the head of the Korea Electric Power Headquarters is a person who works as the chief of the Korea Electric Power Center, the Operation Institute, the Research Institute, the Technology Institute, and the Technology Center, and the Director of the Korea Nuclear Power Headquarters from Feb. 28, 2014 to Feb. 29, 2014.
Defendant
D is serving as Lwon BT on December 5, 2007 with joining the Korea-U.S. and serving as agent for Lwon BT from March 4, 2008 to January 2, 2014, and is in charge of supervising the operation of various electric installations related to the operation of nuclear power plants and the process of ordering and inspecting the supply of electric installations, and is currently in the Korea-U.S. Engineering P Center.
