On July 10, 2013, at around 22:31, the Defendant driven a B observer car under the influence of alcohol content 0.094%, from the front day of the fluor apartment commercial building in the same fluorial city, to the front day of the fluorial cafeteria, the Defendant driven the B observer car at the same time under the influence of alcohol content 0.094.
