If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2013, at around 21:13, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.103% of blood alcohol concentration, driven approximately 500 meters from the front of the Sejong apartment road in Samcheon-gu, Samcheon-gu, Samcheon-gu, Jeonju-do to the front of the same effic in the same way.
