Reasons
1. Facts of recognition of the disposition, etc.;
A. On October 1, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) received a contract from the Republic of Korea (B) for construction cost of KRW 168,481,200; (b) the date of commencement on October 7, 2013; and (c) the date of completion on December 20, 2013 (hereinafter “instant construction; and (d) received a contract for the “C Construction” (hereinafter “instant construction”); (c) October 25, 2013 (hereinafter “D”); and (d) completed the instant construction on December 18, 2013 (hereinafter “D”); (d) “rerefic concrete construction work” in the instant construction work; and (e) subcontracted the construction cost of KRW 19,602,00; and (e) completed the instant construction work on December 18, 2013.
B. The Ministry of National Defense conducted an audit of the instant facilities from March 9, 2015 to March 13, 2015, and notified the head of the Air Force Headquarters of the following audit results:
