As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 200,000 won from the victim’s bank account in the name of the same day from the victim, and acquired 3,236,500 won in total from the victim until December 2019 through 19 times, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 2019Da8115, as well as from the time to December 2019.

around November 4, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter “as to sell an twitter’s contact book” on the twitter, and falsely read that “as to send an tweet price of 140,000 won to the victim E who contacted the tweet, the Defendant would send an tweet to the tweet.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send a normal ticket.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 140,00 from the victim to the F account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and received KRW 1,040,000 from that time until December 8, 2019, total amount of KRW 1,040,000 from the victims, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
