Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:00 on December 3, 2013, the Defendant drinked alcoholic beverages with three and the victim B(56 years of age) and three other persons in the Bupyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seopo-dong 618-496, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on the ground that the Defendant continues to grow mixed, and the victim tried to move the Defendant to another place in order to prevent the fighting.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as making twice the victim's balone, and balping the victim's balone.
