Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2012, around 04:40, the Defendant assaulted the victim B (the 39 years of age) who is drinking beer in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu 618-496, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul with the view that “drawer in China here is drinking” without any reason, and used the victim’s left side buck at one time with the hand floor, and assaulted the victim’s buck at one time while accompanying the police officer dispatched and accompanying the police officer.
