1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 434,183,317 and as a result, from December 2, 2014 to August 28, 2015.

Basic Facts

The plaintiff is a corporation established for the purpose of building construction business, etc., and the defendant B corporation (hereinafter "the defendant corporation") is a corporation established for the purpose of housing construction and sale business, and the defendant C is the representative director of the defendant corporation, and the defendant D is a public official of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport as the husband of the defendant C.

On September 18, 2012, Defendant D, including the conclusion of each of the instant contracts, completed the registration of ownership transfer under his/her own name with respect to the building site of the instant case No. 1 and No. 2, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the building site of the instant case to G and H, who is the representative director of the Plaintiff, on December 28, 2012, on September 18, 2012.

The Defendant Company stated that the Plaintiff around January 8, 2013, the site of the instant building No. 1 (the contract form includes “I and three parcels,” but it newly constructed multi-unit housing on the site of the instant building on the fifth floor (hereinafter “first building”) scale on the ground (hereinafter “first building”) (hereinafter “instant construction”) as contract amounting to KRW 960,00,000 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply), January 14, 2013; June 30, 2013; the second building site of the instant building (the contract form stating that “I and three parcels,” but the alteration and combination of some sites, as a result of combination of lots, multi-unit housing was newly constructed on the site of the instant building). However, the Plaintiff’s construction contract amount of KRW 30,00,000 and KRW 30,000,000 for each of the instant construction (hereinafter “the instant construction”) was newly constructed on the site of the instant building (hereinafter “the instant building”).
