1. The Defendants are each inheritance shares listed in the separate sheet of the Defendants’ inheritance shares on each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. Judgment on the grounds of the plaintiffs' claims

A. (1) The Plaintiffs are the owners of the AO-type housing constructed in the AO-type housing adjacent to each land listed in the attached Table 1 through 3 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”). The instant land is registered in the name of the Defendants’ decedents deceased AP.

The land of this case has been used for the passage of the residents of the above apartment house and the passage of the neighboring residents after the construction of the above AO rental house.

(3) In the above process, the above AS, etc. constructed AO-type housing on the land necessary for the building of a multi-unit housing and sold in lots around February 1978 after undergoing procedures, such as the combination of lots and subdivisions of land necessary for the building of a multi-unit housing, such as the above land division sheet.
