A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 15:20 on July 8, 2016, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim and the total market value of KRW 300,00,00,000 in cash, which was kept in the bank of another victim, including KRW 254,00,00 in cash, one identification card, and three credit card.

2. On September 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the Gangseodong Branch of the Korean Racing Association on September 15:20, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property owned by the victim and the total market value of KRW 9.20,000,000 in cash, which was kept in custody in another victim’s bank, in order to have the victim’s seat up on his/her own, and to purchase a horse ticket.
