A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant and B (year 42) were the employees of the “C” company.

When the Defendant came to know of the password B’s name, he attempted to steal the above physical card and withdraw the cash.

At around 06:45 on September 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the workplace of E E building F-dong, and kept B’s wallets in B; (b) removed B’s wall cards in the name of B in the cash payment machine managed by the victim D bank on the second floor of the building; and (c) withdrawn one million won in cash by entering the password; and (d) then, then, the Defendant stored B’s wall cards and wallets in B’s wall.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen cash owned by the victim.

B. On September 19, 2017, around 21:00 on September 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim B’s seat in the E-dong Rashacker room of the building E-dong; (b) cut off the victim’s seat card 1; and (c) cut off the victim’s wall 1 inside the victim’s seat; and (d) put the victim’s seat in the Defendant’s household room where the market price is unknown with one resident registration certificate.

C. On September 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on September 23, 2017, at the cash withdrawal machine of a bank located on the second floor of the E building F.

As stated in the attached list of crimes, the stolen B’s DNA card was stored in a cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim DNA bank, and then withdrawn a password of KRW 1 million in cash, and withdrawn a total of KRW 4,200,000,000 on five occasions, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. On June 2, 2018, the Defendant driven an IS5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.286% alcohol concentration from G apartment around G apartment at the time of Pakistan to H, on June 2, 2018.
