A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:40 on April 29, 2014, within the D convenience points located in Seocheon-si C, the Defendant: (b) laid down the victim E (18 years old) who was a victim of the above convenience store, standing alone, with a scambling the Defendant, and shouldered the lock; and (c) b) called “Isking down due to scam or scam scam.” on his hand, the Defendant scamed the victim’s scam with his hand at one time.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. On April 29, 2014, at around 01:10 on April 29, 2014, the Defendant recommended the Defendant to return home to the Defendant at the place indicated in paragraph (1), and at around 112 reported by the police officer G belonging to the F District Unit of the Incheon Police Station, the Defendant sent to the site after receiving a 112 report that the Defendant: (a) followed the Defendant’s voice, “Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle,” and (b) continued to keep the Defendant’s female employees at the convenience store “Isle, Isle, Is off, Is the face of G.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported duties.

3. On April 29, 2014, from around 00:40 to 01:10 on the same day, the Defendant assaulted E and G at the place described in paragraph (1), as described in paragraphs (1), and as described in paragraphs (1) and (2), and obstructed the victim H’s convenience store operation and management by force by force by preventing customers from entering the convenience store by putting a disturbance, such as breaking the gas source for charging gas at the display stand, which is in danger of explosion, and breaking it out from the display stand, and taking the bath, and making them take a bath.
