1. From 11,66,67 to 11,00 won, the Defendant shall deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet from February 1, 2016 to the completion date of delivery of the real estate.

The Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on September 3, 2015, with regard to real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”), with regard to KRW 20,00,000, monthly rent 700,000, and the period from September 21, 2015 to September 21, 2017. The remainder of the lease deposit shall be paid 5,000,000 won until November 30, 205. The lease agreement was concluded between the Defendant and the Plaintiff at the same time with the rate of KRW 850,00,000,000 (hereinafter “the instant lease agreement”). The Defendant did not pay the remainder to the Plaintiff on November 30, 2015, and did not pay the remainder to the Plaintiff on June 1, 2015 at the same time after deducting the Plaintiff’s aforementioned real estate from the lease agreement to the Defendant on September 21, 2016.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
