A. The Korean Senior Citizens Association, an incorporated association, is an organization with the aim of contributing to the development of society, such as enhancing the rights and interests of the aged, promoting their welfare, and volunteer activities, and the defendant is the Korean Senior Citizens Association

[Articles of incorporation] Article 25 (Composition of Board of Directors) (1) The main meeting shall have a board of directors composed of the chairperson, vice-chairpersons, and directors.

(2) The chairperson shall serve as the chairperson.

(3) The auditor may attend and speak to the board of directors.

Article 27 (Convocation of Board of Directors) (1) The board of directors shall be convened by the chairman as necessary.

Provided, That if at least 1/3 of the directors or the auditor requests a meeting jointly, the chairperson shall convene the meeting without delay.

(2) Where the chairperson intends to call the directors' meeting, he/she shall notify each director seven days prior to the meeting.

(3) The board of directors in need of urgency may be substituted by a written resolution.

Article 38 (Organization) (1) The main organization shall be established in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and Metropolitan Cities/Dos, a branch organization in each Si/Gun/Gu, and a group organization shall be the center for senior citizens.

(5) The organization and operation of paragraphs (1), (2), (3) and (4) shall be separately determined.

[Local Organization Operational Rules] The term "all levels of meetings" under the provisions of Article 2 (Definition of Terms) refers to the Special Metropolitan City, Metropolitan City and Do Federation, the Central Federation's branch offices, Si/Gun/Gu branch offices, Eup/Myeon/Dong branch offices, and the center for senior citizens.

Article 3 (Organization) A federation shall be established in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Metropolitan City, Do, and Special Self-Governing Province, a sub-chapter shall be established in the Special Self-Governing City, and a sub-chapter shall be established in each Si/Gun/Gu, and a group

The following officers shall be assigned to various levels of councils under Article 4 (Executives):

1. Chairman: One person;

2. Vice-chairpersons: Not less than two but not more than four persons;

3. Directors: not more than 32 persons (including the president and the vice-president);

4.
