A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four years and by imprisonment for one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 11, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for one year from the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-do to imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny, and on September 8, 2009, the Defendant was released on September 30, 2010 and detained on December 4, 2010 and the remaining term of imprisonment with prison labor for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes was exceeded five times.

Around 02:30 on February 11, 2013, the Defendant habitually used a cresh in the victim F's house located at 220,000 dong 40 dong 220 dong 403, and installed a window with the victim's house and intrudes into the house, and 18 K 18 K mppps equivalent to 600,000 won of the market price owned by the victim in the dwelling room, and 18 K mpps equivalent to 400,000 won of the market price, 2 K 18 K mpps equivalent to 600,000 won of the market price, 18 K mpps up to 400,000 won of the market price, 3 mpps up to 600,000 won of the market price, 1.5 million won of the market price, 2.1.5 million won of the money and valuables, 2.17.

Defendant B: (a) around 16:00 on February 12, 2013, at the Defendant’s house located in Gunsan-si, Simsan-si, and around 18K gold bars in an amount equivalent to 600,000 won (18K gold bars in an amount equal to 400,000 won in the market price; (b) one, 1,8K gold bars in an amount equal to 600,000 won in the market price; (c) two gold bars in an amount equal to 18K gold bars in an amount equal to 400,000 won in the market price; and (d) three gold bars in an amount equivalent to 18K gold bars in an amount equal to 2.2 million won in the market price; and (e) six gold bars in an amount equivalent to one million won in the market price, such as one million won in the market price.
