On October 24, 2017, the Defendant driven a BMW 520d car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.11% from a distance of about 500 meters from the front day of the Pungcheon-dong, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si to the same Dong, and the front day of the hotel.
