Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2015, at around 21:30, the Defendants were moving victims to the J Office located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, in order to comply with the assault case by only the victim F (20 years of age) who assaulted Defendant B prior to the day in front of the E street located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and the victim G (19 years of age) and the victim H (19 years of age) and the victim H (19 years of age).

At around 22:26 of the same day, the Defendants were to flick the victims who assaulted Defendant B with the victim F at the above J office. Defendant A was to flick the victim F's left side click with the victim F one time at the hand floor and flick with the victim F's head one time, and the victim G was to flick with the victim F's head.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted victims.
