A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 26, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 04:01 on October 26, 201, from the “E convenience store” of the victim D’s operation in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) while working as an employee, 276,000 won in cash owned by the victim who was in the Kabter credit cooperative.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

2. On October 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported to the above convenience store that he/she had committed the larceny, and had him/her engage in robbery and forced indecent act while working at the above convenience store; (b) made phone call to 112 on his/her cell phone to 112; and (c) made a false report to the police officer stating, “I left the place of convenience; (d) made him/her intimidation with the same rank as a foreigner; and (e) made he/she threatened him/her with the same rank; and (e) made a false report to the above police officer, such as “A female who appears to be a woman threatening to knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with knife with 57 police officers belonging to the police station.”

Accordingly, the defendant, as a deceptive scheme, interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers of 57 police officers such as the police officer F of the Suwon Southern Police Station.
