Punishment of the crime

On December 13, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in Daegu District Court and racing support, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 21, 2011.

In collusion with C, the Defendant, while attracting female prisoners from home, had them engage in commercial sex acts while providing accommodation, and had them acquire commercial sex acts, and the Defendant provided accommodation to D (15 years old), which was known in TALKON on around 201, and the Defendant and C wished to encourage D to have sexual intercourse with men who wanting to have sexual intercourse by setting the place of promise, condition of commercial sex acts, etc. after having string at a club, and allowing them to have sexual intercourse with D by setting the place of promise, condition of commercial sex acts.

Accordingly, on December 26, 201, the Defendant, C, and D moved to “FPC” located in Sin-si, Sin-si, on the following occasions: (a) the Defendant set the condition that D be engaged in sexual intercourse at the Sejong Club, and solicited D to engage in sexual intercourse for KRW 100,000 per time; (b) the Defendant and C directed D to engage in sexual intercourse for KRW 100,000 per time; and (c) from that time until January 26, 2012, the Defendant recommended D to engage in sexual intercourse for a total of five times, as described in the list of crimes, from that time to January 26, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C to be the counterpart to the act of buying sex of juveniles.
