Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall not be allowed to operate any motor vehicle on the road, except for the motor vehicles as prescribed by the Presidential Decree, which are not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, at around 20:42 on May 4, 2014, the Defendant operated the said car, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on a total of nine occasions from December 26, 2012 to May 4, 2014, including the operation of the said car at the bottom of the Gyeongcheon-gu New-ro (U.S.-dong) Gyeongcheon-dong (U.S.).
