Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of B Launa car.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said car that was not covered by mandatory insurance more than ten times in total as follows.

1. On September 8, 2010, around 08:12, around 08:12, the flying distance from the fugitive elementary school located in Seogu-gu one Dong.

2. On November 24, 201, around 15:17, 201, a mountain village operated at the bottom of the mountain bridge located in the Daegu Northern-gu one-dong.
