A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:30 on October 31, 2015, the Defendant of special intimidation and special assault: (a) listens to the residues of the victim D (n, 49 years of age) who is the wife at his own house located in Mac-si C, and takes a bath for the victim; (b) takes the victim’s face and body back by drinking and launching the kitchen knife; (c) takes a kitchen knife, which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen; and (d) takes a kitchen knife on the part of the victim, with the victim’s vessel at his own house, and then the victim took a knife the kitchen knife into the floor; and (d) took the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim with intimidation and assault.

2. At around 22:30 on October 31, 2015, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender at the police box affiliated with the police box of the House of the Government Police Station, which received the said D’s 112 report due to the said act; and (b) seeing that “I must do so by the same police box”; and (c) I see the said F, “I must do so. I must do so. I will see: (a) I will write down the son’s age; (b) I will write down the above F’s left part of the son’s hand, and (c) I will see the said F’s right part of the police box due to the defect in which I want to board the Defendant on the police vehicle.” (d) I assault the F’s right part of the gate, i.e., assault the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by a police officer.
